2015 Ford Mustang Goes Topless

FLUSHING, Mich. - The 2015 Ford Mustang was revealed last week and muscle car fans across the world were in awe of the regular fastback coupe. Alongside this grand reveal, the 2015 Ford Mustang went topless!

The 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible has also undergone some serious updates, right along with the fastback. Featuring a wider and lower stance, the 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible has been modernized with smoother lines and a longer nose. Despite receiving an update to become more modern, the pony car still hints at its 50 years of history with a 60's Mustang inspired rear.

A few other updates to the vehicle include a new suspension and more engine options. One engine option that has pony car lovers particularly excited is the all new 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that can produce 305 HP - all while delivering excellent fuel economy. For those not interested in the EcoBoost option, the convertible will also offer a 5.0-liter V8 engine that produces 420 HP and a base V6 option.

As for any changes to the actual top on the 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible, Ford has promised that the power-operated cloth top will lower twice as fast on the new model - something many convertible Mustang drivers are sure to love!

Ford Police Sedan Named Most Fuel-Efficient Police Vehicle in U.S.

FLUSHING, Mich. - Ford is known for the work it does for America's police officers - everything from technology to protect our men and women in uniform to providing them with fuel saving vehicles. Continuing with this work, Ford's newest police sedan has been named the most fuel-efficient police vehicle in the U.S.!

This police sedan has an EPA-estimated rating of 30 mpg on the highway, 20 mpg in the city and 24 mpg combined! With these EPA-estimated ratings, Ford has calculated that this vehicle, when driven 30,000 mile per year and with gas staying at around $3.21 a gallon, the Special Service Police package has the potential to save agencies approximately $1,720 over three years. When you take this savings and times it by 150 (for police agencies with fleets as large as 150 vehicles) you get a savings of $257,940 over the course of three years!
