As for the interior, space is not lacking in this crossover's cabin. With 7 seats made of environmentally friendly and supportive soy-based foam, these seat cushions are comfortable, and they help conserve limited resources. LCD screens and touch controls are also present in the Ford Flex's interior, ensuring that you have the most enjoyable driving experience possible. 

For the 2014 Ford Flex, you get the choice of three models: Flex SE, Flex SEL and the Flex Limited. Both the Ford Flex SE and Ford Flex SEL are powered by a 3.5-liter Ti-VCT V6 engine that produces 287 hp and 254 lb.-ft. of torque. For these models, the EPA-estimated ratings are 18 mpg in the city and 25 mpg on the highway. For the Flex Limited, this crossover is powered by a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine that produces 365 hp and 350 lb.-ft. of torque and gets 16 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway.
